The power of PRE in group 4-5 was created by Ashur
This might be old news, so feel free to link me to where it was discussed earlier. But when thinking about game balance, new set with vamps, it came to mind.
Group 4-5, vamps below cap 7:
Superior ANI: 19
Superior AUS: 26
Superior CEL: 22
Superior DOM: 22
Superior FOR: 31
Superior OBF: 21
Superior POT: 28
Superior PRE: 36 (!! 9 below cap 5)
How did this happen? Is it just because the antitribu for 4-5 is not complete? And is it good, bad or just ugly?

Aha! Always those damn laibonsIt's the laibon the cause I suppose. They are nearby all in 4-5 and a lot of them have presence as clan discipline.
