Hey Team,

I will be attending the gamex in LA at the end of May. I will be playing malk antitrib stealth bleed from group 4-5. As this will be my first time competitively playing VTES I was hoping for any general advice so as not to make a fool of myself.

Thanks

Rule 1.

Don't tell everyone what you're playing.

Rule 2. And the most important rule to remember.

Prey is to the left.

*Added* Rule 3.

You're VP total is directly proportional to the amount of alcohol available at LA V:TES games.

Try to win. Don't stop trying.

Realize it's a game.

Know what your cards do. Find out what your opponents' do.

Bleed for 1 ... at stealth. Bleed for 3 when your prey is tapped out.

Kill the player who talks the most at the table with Kindred Spirits. Go back to playing cards.

Try to find an argument for why you would block something. Plan to fail.

If a card in your deck calls for playing rock/paper/scissors, you picked out the wrong deck.

The only deals necessary are dealing out your starting hand and crypt.

Hunt until you win.

If a card in play has a remove clause, remove it.

This episode has some tips
(2 parts)

With the deck you are playing, my general advice is: While it is wise to listen to the table talk, it is important to BLEED. Every time someone tells you otherwise, consider just BLEED, BLEED, BLEED with all your vamps. It´s almost like that reverse psychology-thing from Seinfeld - when you think something else would be smarter - just BLEED.

Good luck!
