Obviously ToGP doesn't pose that big a threat to, say, weenie decks...ToGP is a silver bullet against any kind of deck (well, except Imbueds -- but they are immune to so many cards anyway) and results in the oust of the player in the same turn or the turn after in 90% of the cases.

I really don't like the card. The effect of permanently stealing any vampire with one master card and some amount of pool just means that one or both Methuselahs get ousted.
Compare it to other permanent steal effects like hostile takeover ( capacity restriction) form of corruption (depends on edge x several times) and what else? Not much.

It really depends. A weenie-animalism deck has some nice targets, for instance that guy with two Raven Spies on it. You don't steal it in the end? Your prey has lost some pool anyway.
