Player Registry - Looking for Wisconsin Players

We're trying to build up our player base in Wisconsin and I wanted to see how reliable the player registry is. Some of the listings go back decades. There are couple of players I've met in person, a few that I know are done, and a huge list that may or may not still be active.

Does anybody know if there is a way to contact players directly from the VEKN database?
Are there any players lurking around Wisconsin that we don't know about?
