Kiasyd semi bloquer

Hi.
I thinj the kiasyd is not a good clan to block, but I love Kiasyd and I want to make a different deck.

While I would agree that in practice they don't end up being all that great at blocking actions, in theory, Darksight + Eyes of the Night + Aura Absorption + Abbot + permacept (including Bowl of Convergence due to the casual Auspex) should work fine for blocking actions. Can even get some Faerie Wards intercept from casual Auspex.

Then, they have reasonable things to do in combat once they block - Arms of the Abyss + Earth Swords, etc. I find it stunning that this deck's entire combat plan is a few guns and Ivory Bow. Really, disciplinewise, Nagaraja would make more sense for the library. Bit of irony that this deck could be awful against a Kiasyd deck, if the opposing deck was full of Darkling Trickery, which admittedly is virtually never going to be the case.

Other than having a limited combat plan, which might be fine if your metagame has no combat decks, that Julia is doing too much of the Govern work while gaining no stealth from Aura Absorption is concerning.

I agree you can block with this deck, but ousting power it doesnt have. Next, after it gets to block you might end up on the receiving end, as you have very little equipments for a 90 card deck. 2 Magnums, 1 tinglestripe, 1 ivory bow and 2 sniper rifles dont quite cut it in a 90 card deck. Combat decks would make short work of you, unless you dont have anyone playing combat there. Black meta and the equipment is nice and all, but you have very little stealth just aura absorption and only useable by less than half the crypt (Beatrice and Bartholomew). 7 cards in a 90 card deck is too little, and +1 stealth wont cut it in a usual game of vtes where everybody might field +1 to +2 intercept(due to 2nd trad), unless thats your game enviroment. Overall, it can block but will not be able to sustain any long term effect. Add a lot more Smiling Jack as well, 1 in a 90 card deck is just about pointless, maybe 4 or 5 would be better, and a Millicent or two.

It's a deck based on the Salubri semi bloquer (www.vekn.net/index.php/forum/9-event-reports-and-twd/7974-twd-jueves-badia-del-valles-barcelona-11-august-2011) which in 3 tournaments I won one and I was finalist on the other two (attendance between 20-30 players).
I really think I need 3 o 4 Smiling Jack, but I dont see the Millicent (My deck does a lot of actions and Millicent is a problem for me)
