I don't understand how Ritual of the Bitter Rose helps you. If you burn a vampire at 0 blood you get 0 blood?

Opportunism more than anything. In a moderately combat heavy metagame in Australia it's not uncommon to see vampires in torpor with more than 0 blood. If I never get to use it, I don't get the chance to use it and its only 2 from 90... and I don't have to bring it back with Ashur Tablets.

Brujah throwing stars of choice are Manhole Covers and Sewer Lids. Never said they were the stealthiest ninjas...

The Ninjas you linked don't even have swords or ninja stars... what kind of lame-ass ninjas are they! Stealth, stealth, stealth and what... a fizzle. If people stopped my ninjas there is a good chance someone is going to torpor missing their head!

Question, is the brujah debate cumulative? And if you have more than 1 Brujah debate down do you have to tap more than 1 Brujah to get its benefits?
