Defensive mode:
Versus Politics - Eldest Are Kholo as reaction, large pool gain
Versus Bleed - AI, Protected Resources, large pool gain
Versus Rush - a lot of minions, some dodges, speed
Versus Intercept - a lot of minions, some CoT or Will-o-the-Wisp, speed

Offensive mode:
Versus all - swarm with solid politic agression and bleed in late stage.

I'd really like Occlusion in there, instead of the Dodges if possible. Zip and Lazar are just as expendable as everyone else; they're really just there for the votes.

And this would be a good point to ask if you could make room for Chimerstry Masters because CHI has nice stuff. Besides Occlusion, Mirror Image and Fata Morgana would go a long way towards ousting. Amria is another option to survive combat, letting your swarm advantage tie up blockers.

As an interesting alternate version you could run Traditionalists, Army of Apparitions, and "burn this card as a +1 stealth political action" cards like Camarilla Threat or Anarch Revolt (you only need an anarch or two on the side) as a blood gain system.

And this would be a good point to ask if you could make room for Chimerstry Masters because CHI has nice stuff. Besides Occlusion, Mirror Image and Fata Morgana would go a long way towards ousting. Amria is another option to survive combat, letting your swarm advantage tie up blockers.

So I refused of CHI in a favor to low capacity, focused strategy and speed.
If I add some master CHI cards, then I would wait for them and waste time, as Occlusion, Mirror Image and Amria are good at CHI.
And to use CHI vamps means that I lose speed as their Cap rather high. You speak about another deck.

Don't afraid of torpor. The swarm idea is to put new vampire faster than you lose previous one, and previous vampire must to recoup its cost at times. Simply.
Con Boon targets your torporized ravnoses.
The high rate is a key. Rush may have Torn Signpost in its deck, but he may not find Immortal Grapple to lock your dodge because of your speed. Or he even torporized your minion, but next two appears.
With Mozambique Allures you may put out all of your crypt pottentially

A copuple more ravnos carnival, can´t hurt. And 1 or 2 my kin against the world I would suggest. Yo can pay it´s cost with the carnival and you could take a real nightmare turn being abble to call some polithicals and bleed with lots of your vamps, or rescue many vamps hunt with many more and untap them all to kill your prey.

Here's a TWD that Ruben made. From his comments, it looks like your deck has some advantages over his. It might be hard to get 16 copies of the Embrace, but at least this is food for thought. I think it is noteworthy that he doesn't include DI or DI2, nor does he have protected resources. Save your pool, make babies, swarm.

A few comments on the deck:
Turns out the events were mostly useless, destroying my handsize. The
only time someone played the Uncoiling, I was glad to see it!
First time i try heart of Nizchetus: disapointing, i would have
prefered a tarot or another trinket...
Archon investigation was, once again, completely useless - being a
dead card for all the time i ever had it in hand.
Probably too many things going on in this deck, jammed a lot. Need to
cut down to 60-66 cards, notably the events, some masters and still
not convinced about the Eldest are kholo vote mechanism...
