Basically, I got looking at the awesomeness of Under My Skin today...

I think your base assumption is off. Under My Skin isn't a very good card when :obf: stealth is available.

It's certainly not as powerful as :OBF: can be at superior, but I like the multiple usage card economy that it represents, even if this deck is only capable of light stealth. Gives this deck more room to do other things while still working some stealth in for more actions than it could for a comparable amount of :obf: or at least that's the idea.
