If, like I suppose, thuggee can't play BH card, the only thing that give you action to play the cards is the Tatoo. So, the problem remain : you need to have 3 vampires in play to have a good cardflow. It's quite a lot.

Edit : I know the differnece between RK and GtU. Still, the two card are more or less the same, with minor difference. The difference would be much more significant if you were trying to put quickly a 10-cap or 11-cap seraph into play.
