Thank you for this. I am sure that deck will not be smoth and there is a lot tweaks which could easily go wrong as you have already mentioned. Proposed change will switch deck to let say classic Ventrue Anti... or at least very close and then will not be actually reason why to play it anarch way.

Main idea was Dylan with Infamous Insurgent and the rest was built around.

Voting part is not here as a one of main offensive aspects. Baron title was necessary for Open War (I think it is useful card), two add votes from Infamous Insurgent. So I felt a bit more effective to bring more permanent votes instead of Delay tactics or Vox Domini. Even the politic cards were chosen to be more tradeable and permanent votes could bring me advatage from trading my votes for some dmg to my prey cross table.

I'm just saying it's best to focus on something, and bleed / diversion with +STR for cel guys seems good enough to me. Okay a free freak drive isn't bad, still I would ditch that vote stuff, votes aren't really a reliable vote defense. If you really want Open War, have one baron title card and one Open War, so if you don't have baron title you discard open war and get it back with Garibaldi Meucci Museum.
