Power Bleed generally refers to bleeding with lots of block denial (as opposed to stealth).

Interesting. I simply thought of block denial as an alternate method to stealth. Though, I've also noted that some stealth in a block denial deck helps too. At least with my two variations on the deck concept. One using Ur-Shugli and his Dom, Qui, and Obf. The other using Kabede Abo, Qui, and Obf. Both versions also use Flaming Candle and Signet of King Saul as recently suggested.

How do you deal with being bounced? Just hose your g-prey's hand? Or do you use table talking to determine if they could use some hand cycling?

I'd think some diversity would help. A mix of Truth of Blood + Loss sounds good. Also a splash of Spying Mission.

I will say I envy the amount of Condemn the Sins of the Father you have. This is an entertaining build with the card.
