A big fat yes. You're going to be playing something like 3 cards in an average turn.

Don't force the Obfuscate on Malgorzata. Changeling, Plasmic Form, Mirror Walk and Seduction should be more than enough. If it isn't, Monastery of Shadows and Creepshow Casino are still better than playing Obfuscate masters.

Cut the aggrapoke, it will clog your hand and never be more than a minor inconvenience to your opponents. Play Meld with the Land if you don't feel safe without combat cards.

Cut 3 Info Highways and add 3 Zillah's Valleys.

Add Reins of Power, Ancient Influence and Political Stranglehold.

Consider the Ashur Tablet angle, Tablets + a few Kines and Conditionings could be a strong ousting mechanism.

Some of your stealth cards could be Veil the Legions.
Maybe Breath of the Dragon is better than Flames of the Netherworld.
6 Deflections *and* 6 Telepathic Misdirections do sound a lot to me. You can at least drop 4.

Also, based on how you're going to play this deck, you won't need that many Eyes of Argus (as you'll be bringing out someone at the end of your turn - and they'll be untapped).
