Gratiano joins the mad

Queen Anne is 10 cap and has only 2 votes. Lucian is 10 cap and I can't play the malkavian justicar vote card with him.

Gratiano + Malkavian justicar is the cheapest way to achieve the most votes.

Well you are playing obediences so it looks like you want big caps. At least around here 8 caps have some problems in playing obediences because there are generally lot of big caps around. I would also switch Ozmo for Mariel, Ozmo pretty much blows for this deck having only basic in both obfuscate and dominate, whereas Mariel has both at superior and very strong special.

Regarding obedience: Gratiano easily stops Beast, Theo Bell, etc. Here most combat decks are mid cap based. Also Gratiano has the realistic potential of becoming a 9 cap in this deck.

Cardinal Benediction or Crusade to Gratiano? That's plus 2 or 3 votes for you. Or make him Malkavian with Clan Impersonation, and then make him justicar, that would be funny.
I didn't think Obedience is good for you, you can't use that against Nana, Anson, Enkidu etc. use more No Trace or Deflection instead.

I'll go for the Cardinal Benediction. Some of you suggestions are great. I think I'll remove Ashurs and make it 75 cards.

+1 Rumors of Gehenna/Disputed Territory (primarily for stealing Parthenon to give you a second mpa, but useful throughout (with ashur recursion) the game with bothersome intercept locations et al)

-1 Giants Blood (With only 2 villeins the chance of you gaining alot of pool from this is minimal imo would rather swap it for a second copy of the Coven since if someone else does the villein GB trick there is your first Parity shift.)
+1 Blind Spot/Legendary Vampire (With the Mariel swap mentioned above you have 4 different vampires you can play this on which will help you alot in both your ousting tactics.)

+2 Seduction Four bleed action modifiers seems to me to be alot for a deck which will problably start bleeding quite late (Ideal Gratiano 1st action govern SUP first prince Parity shift) Seduction can always be played and will help you in more instances than bonding imo.
