1.How do you intend to oust?

Dominate bleeds in the right momment. The idea is to make your prey confortable around 10-12 pool and then start the small bleeds for 1-2 each turn until you can lunge with a handfull of Dominate cards

2.How do you intend to keep from being ousted?

With a healthy amount of intercept and bounce, not to mention the awesome bloat engine the Tremere have

3.What do you want your ready region to look like (ie, how many guys are you planning on getting out)?

Ideally Muaziz with Eugenio or Ladislas as support and maybe one small vampire, like Blythe or Martin

4.What do you want your average turn to look like?

Tooling up with Magic of the Smith, freak drive if available and then bleed.

7.What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?

It's usually intercept and combat heavy, not enough to get +3 or +4 stealth actions thou.

8.What problems have you observed with the deck in play?

Played in two tables, sweeping both... the deck just runs so smoothly people never know what to do about him... he has enough combat to cripple any deck that isn't full combat avoidance or full combat, wich I never runned in those tables. Against animalism combat and guns and celerity it did extremely well. Never played against a heavy political deck, but did well against S&B and one giovanni PowerBleeder (although I wasn't their first prey in any of the games).

Only Ladislas can benefit from the Madrid powerbase, isn't that a bit restrictive ?

Eluding the Arms of Morpheus seems like an odd choice here, with its cost and requirement. If more Eyes aren't available, wouldn't more Qui vive be a better solution?

Also, PB Zurich...you don't seem to have enough tech to keep that card to yourself. I'd drop it, perhaps in favour of more bleed.

You have quite few cards that cost and 6 Magic of the Smiths, I'd put in Ankara.
