I would make a few minor changes:
-2 dead hand
-2 Dead-end Alley
-1 target hand
+2 Lucky Blow
+2 Boxed-in
+1 Redirection
You want your zombies to be able to fight and your Giovanni to have the choice to fight or back out. Aside from that, there are some rares you may or may not want to put into a beginner deck. I guess that depends on how many copies you have to spare.
Edit: Graverobbing would be a good addition.

I'd add at least a couple of seductions... common card and great sinergy with call of the hungry dead... other than that seems fine

I'd recommend Acquired Ventrue Assets in addition or in exchange for some of your masters. If you've got Sudario Refractions use them, they can be very useful and you can play with fewer bleed cards. I'd probably take out a few combat cards as well.
