There are many good 8-caps, that you can expect to see on a table. As long as your prey has one of them (or smaller) it should be fine. Even if, no one on the table has anything smaller then a 9-cap, they still take pool damage. You may want skill cards just for +cap. Tension is only good if they are effected by purge. I wouldn't use it. You are already taken Simms and Fame damage in you untap. Hopefully?

Baltimore Purge is an interesting idea. Do you think that Sylvester's capacity is high enough? If I was going to keep up the idea of ousting the whole table, Tension in the Ranks seems like it would go with Baltimore Purge.

Or you could play Antediluvian awakening in a real combat deck.Just to add some more moving parts, you could throw in Black Cat, Heidelberg Castle, Al's Army Apparatus, and Pier 13, Baltimore to get a steady stream of free White Phosphorus Grenades. And Black Cat and Sylvester both have
