Tzimisce and Baali beginner

Hello everyone. I'm just getting into playing Vampire after collecting the cards for sometime. I prefer to make decks out of a single Clan or Bloodline and was wondering if anyone had any relatively beginner friendly (and budget friendly)decks for either of these two. I've looked at some of the Lasombra.com decks for Tzimisce and I'd like to make a war ghoul deck but since I'm starting a group of newcomers a deck with 9 war ghouls seems a little exorbitant. Any lists would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For us to help you we need an approximation of what you have, so that we know what group of vampires to use in the crypt and what cards can be formulated for you.

I have a great number of Jyhad and Dark Sovereigns set cards and I just ordered a sabbat war booster box. I also have the third edition Tzimisce pre constructed deck. For Baali I have a few of the bloodlines cards and was planning on ordering singles for them. I was going to get the Kindred's most wanted deck but saw it only had a few Baali in it.

I just found this at Secret Library. It looks inexpensive, except for the Eyes of Argus and the Breath of the Dragon. You can substitute a few more Read the Winds or something for the Argus. Finding a replacement for the Breath of the Dragon will be a little harder.

You can always focus on more animalism than vic. with your Tzim, making the cards less costly.

Here are some ideas from Extrala. He always gives nice tips on how to play with a particular deck. The first one is Tzimisce:

Also, the KMW Baali starter has some daimoinion cards that you could use. If you get one (or two depending on budget), you may not have to buy too many singles for your library.
