In this referendum, non-priscus titles are worth 1 fewer vote each, priscus title is worth 1 less ballot, and burning the Edge is worth an additional vote.

Isn't it better just to Mind Rape + Heidelberg?
That way you get to use the blood you move on your own guys and the tempted guy acts twice on your behalf.

Less moving parts, less cards, more win(?).

I'm not trying to be an ass, but... using Lasombra to backup Temptation does not seem very strong. Free States Rants is slow and you want the same guys doing them AND also doing Temptation, with only Mylan to untap them.

Dominate adds defense, gratiano has as many votes as an ic under fsr and +1 bleed. Legendary vamp is a good choice. In a 90 card deck I'd have at least 1. For vote push I'd go for old friends before presence.

Could graft ser with book of going forth by night and use truth of a thousand lies for untaps.

Main strategy is to get about 2 eight caps and graft OBF on gratiano for govern at DOM, then tempt for vote control and extra bleed. Steal a big dude from ur pred and call reins of power or anyone and pol stranglehold. Self tempt for multi acting too.
