This appears to be a similiar concept to your idea with the Nosferatu Anti.
Its great to focus on a good card like Warsaw Station.

2x Baron Dieudonne 9 prince 4
2x Gustaphe Brunnelle 8 primogen 4
2x Benjamin Rose 7 prince 5
2x Petra 5 4 //I extensive like her for the anti-Baali tech.
Good metagame choice.
Library [90 cards]
Action [9]
3x Fifth Tradition: Hospitality
2x Judgment: Camarilla Segregation
3x Night Moves / A one bleed will not win you the game just the edge
-3/+3 Computer Hacking
1x SchreckNET
Action Modifier [18]
2x Enkil Cog
4x Faceless Night
4x Forgotten Labyrinth
4x Lost in Crowds
4x Old Friends/ Good vote push
Combat [20]
5x Canine Horde
6x Carrion Crows
4x Disguised Weapon -2/This is too many here for only 4 .44's.
5x Scorpion Sting -5/ I assume this is for the anti-dodge cards.
I think this all depends on your metagame.
Dont double down with both Sting and Canine Horde
Choose either anti weapon or anti dodge
For the anti weapon package I would add +3 Terror frenzy
and +2 Shattering Blows with +2 Target Vitals
For the anti dodge tech I would add +5 Immortal Grapple
and +2 Torn Signpost
Equipment [5]
4x .44 Magnum
1x Heart of Nizchetus
Master [19] I really like your master choices here.
1x Antediluvian Awakening
1x Giant's Blood
1x Guardian Angel
2x Information Highway
1x The Labyrinth
1x Monastery of Shadows
3x Perfectionist
7x Villein
2x Warsaw Station
Political Action [7] Same with your political action choice.
1x Anarchist Uprising
1x Ancient Influence
1x Ancilla Empowerment
1x Banishment
1x Kine Resources Contested
1x Neonate Breach
1x Reins of Power
Reaction [12] This is standard and this almost seems like a wall deck.
8x Second Tradition: Domain
4x Cats' Guidance
Overall I like the deck. I just would either keep your metagame choice less toolbox and go for broke/I prefer anti dodge/s:ce but if you are seeing alot of weapons its your call.

There's some really fun stuff in this deck.
Lots of Canine Hordes for the Stick Men. Woot! Love that for tournament settings.
Having that always accessible +1 hand size vote off Benjamin is a great way to leverage SchrekNET. I wish it were feasible to use that to check your prey before trigger Josef's ability, but in reality you'll be looking at your predator's hands most of the time
Night Moves to set up the Cog is solid.
I suggest changing the Cat's to Sense the Savage Way. Consider: You still get the intercept with almost every vampire. The one that doesn't can't play 2nd Trad anyway, so it isn't a primary blocker in the first place. From that standpoint, I consider it a wash.
You also get an unconditional untap instead of a conditional untap. This lets you leverage Josef and lot more. If you Cog him, you can use undirected action in your turn, Warsaw to untap, then bleed. During your pred's turn, Sense to untap on some crap action like a hunt and fail to block, then Cog bleed. This option simply isn't available for Josef with 2nd Trad + Cat's. You paid 11 for that ability to 3-bleed at innate stealth, I think leveraging it more is good.
Nice mix of pool recursion and pool creation, I don't see see anything glaring there. Maybe Parity Shift? Might not fit, but it is usually SO good that I try to slot it in decks like this.
See ya.

I think I've seen Lilith's Blessing in some of your other deck lists. How does Perfectionist compare in practice?

No clue.
Haven't played the deck this way yet.
However, as I expect to take multiple actions at stealth each turn, Perfectionist will be reasonable. It means the original Villein will not be as successful, but the persistent effects may be greater if the vampire gets the Perfectionist and gets more than 3 successful turns with unblocked un-reacted actions.
