Skulk is strictly better than Tock or Frank Litzpar here, I would take out one of each and replace with 2 Skulks.

3x Nosferatu Kingdoms is overkill, 2 of them should be Dreams of the Sphinx.

What good is Dirty Little Secrets?

Milling isn't a bad thing. Especially when you're doing it for 2+ per play of the card.

Did an ARDB search for G3-4 so I missed Skulk when I was looking at vamp selection. I'd prefer to be ditching Nos Kingdoms to make sure I get one early.

You are using basically only obfuscate, which makes your crypt very suboptimal as !nos have awesome crypt for obfuscate. Ditch Tock, Aaron, and Stick, replace with Lubomira, Skulk, and Skidmark. And then you also probably want to double up on Lubomira and Skulk rather than Blister and Neddacka. I would also replace vermin channels with computer hackings and most if not all old friends with more stealth, faceless night is especially something I would use a lot of in a deck like this.
