How do you intend to oust?
Bleeding or opportunistically voting when my prey has been made defenseless by the Shambling Hordes.

How do you intend to keep from being ousted?
Aggressively ensure that no pool removal actions are attempted.

What do you want your ready region to look like?
One of the 10 capacity vampires with an Enkil Cog and a support vampire or two. Luca Italicus is ideal, having all disciplines at superior and he enables Papillon for replenishing his blood supply.

What do you want your average turn to look like?
Predator devastated, prey ousted. Or, two allies recruited, and a bleed or two.

What's your metagame like? How do your opponents play?
Wildly varied. Anything from Horde Scobax to Anson/Anneke/Alexandra.

What problems have you observed with the deck in play?
Haven't played it yet. Might take it to Kindred Restructure: Charlotte on the 16th. I expect to see that there isn't enough blood management. May have to swap the Shadow Play for Shroud of Absence and focus more on Appius Claudius Corvus.

I like the Nocturn-> Hordes combo. It would seem to do well with your eyes of the night + unmasking + FBI. What about cutting some of the one-off masters like Papillon and Parthenon? I'd cut those and adjust the crypt to need fewer skill cards. Cut Enkil Cog because you don't have any untap tech. Add some variety in stealth (Call of the Hungry Dead?), Oubliette instead of Arms for maximal survival chances for your big dudes (even though I see where you are going with the 2 combats/nocturn tech), + Political Stranglehold since you have some control over who will have the most 8+ cap vamps. I'm starting to think that burn option allies (which are, of course, only rares) may be the best choice for Hordes decks, but some Dreams can serve multiple purposes here. It would be worth it to try to fit Sudden and/or Pentex in there to stop hosage.
