I looked on Secret Library and saw this deck which is fairly similar to yours:
www.secretlibrary.info/index.php?deck=view&id=331
The major differences are that Matt Hirsch's deck has more ousting power (Govern, Conditioning, Foreshadowing) and more ability to bounce bleeds (high number of Deflection).
You might consider some changes along those lines, and then keep the combat package best suited to your metagame.

So, taking the deck as it stands...
Drop both Caitiff. Smudge is pointless in this deck. Magdelena's special disability is quite harmful to you.
Consider adding a small number of Tremere Antitribu. For example, Hannigan is a better deal than Merrill Molitor, all things considered.
You use discipline cards below. If you want better disciplines, it is usually a better a deal to pay for them on the vampires. So if you want more Aus and Tha, use different vampires.
That's a lot of master cards, given that pretty much all of them are full master cards, not trifles.
If you can refine your crypt, drop the discipline cards if you can. Or focus just on the one of them. Pulling Thaumaturgy when quite a lot of your minions already have it? Not so good.
Wasserschloss Anif isn't very good. The built-in burn makes it very vulnerable, and it's a much worse deal than Arcane Library overall.
Mob Connections isn't offering much bang for buck, as a full master card. (Alas, a number of such cards would be decent if they'd been printed as Trifles.) But also, press-based combat is annoying as all hell. More on that later.
Humanitas and Catacombs (below) and Chantry is really quite a lot.
If you can get one, I would consider changing the Sudden to a Wash. Being able to play your own master next turn is handy.
Drop Revelations of the Sire, even if you keep either of the Caitiff. Being Tremere doesn't help either of them enough to waste an action on it.
With your crypt, Pulse of the Canaille is too expensive.
Ecstatic Agony is pretty rubbish.
A Bowl of Convergence might be nice. (Though I note you don't have much post-Bloodlines stuff.)
Neither are great. Thadius is really quite expensive for something so fragile. In a combat-heavy meta, I'd expect him to get eaten up and spat out again - the IG deck maneuvers back to close, play Immortal Grapple, and spits out the bones. The gun deck blurs with a .44 Magnum. That sort of thing.
Not terrible, but enough of your crypt lacks Auspex that it can get annoying.
See, if you're in a combat heavy meta, a lot of this makes little sense to me.
A pot/cel Immortal Grapple deck will kill you first round. You take some damage, it plays Disarm, you go to torpor. The gun deck will blur from long range, dealing you six damage, and eating most of your vampires for breakfast. Weenie Fortitude (Trap + Undead Persistence, so it basically doesn't die until you do) cares relatively little for your Thefts. It might care a little for the occasional Walk of Flame, since it will still be wounded. Weenie Animaliam and, well, anyone playing Carrion Crows will make you wince quite a bit - Tzimisce with Carrion Crows and agg damage (Chiropteran Marauder from Sabbat War especially) is always fun. A Giovanni deck bring out lots of Shambling Hordes won't enjoy Theft of Vitae, but it will hurt most of your vampires a hell of a lot to take strikes of three or four in response.
Could you explain a bit more about your meta? Most combat decks would care relatively little about Weather Control, since they're going to hit you hard then get the blood back via Taste of Vitae. Ditto, your Thefts can't torporise them. You could play Weather Control for one damage, stay at close and hit for hand damage to send them to torpor, if they were on one blood to start with, but that lets many close range combative decks really rip you up.

I would strongly recommend playing Vampire online through Lackey. That way, you can play with all the cards and aren't hobbled by the number of cards you own. The only limitation in building decks on Lackey is your own imagination.
I also agree with all of the advice you've been given too. Dominate is the best discipline in the game for ousting. Use it, keep the THA combat to a minimum. Use Arcane Library, Govern the Unaligned and other cards that let's you get vamps out at a discount. The more actions you can take in a turn will help you win too. Good luck.

Its too unfocused to be what you want.
Pre BL removes several great KoT cards which are expensive as hell and great for tremere: rego motus, eyes of argus, and 3 rd editions mirror walk.
Tremere can bleex block and fight, but plainly malks bleed better, torries block and fight better, and so do nossies. So you overcome this by being toolboxy.
Use magic of the smith to get bowl and ivory bow, and other gear, and you block when prudent and bleed when needed.
Given pre BL id say lotsa govern, some magic of the smith, gear, and eflection and wakes, as a base.
Combat is doable with these, just use Beg, Cardano, and Muaziz, and some support chumps from sabbat like vincint and marlene. Its less tremere, but you fight better, and freak drive.
Decide what one fatty you want, then 2-3 midcaps, and add small vamps as one ofs. Then decide what your deck should do. Streamline for consistancy.

Yeah pre-BL does suck but I am playing against only mostly pre-BL as well..
SO took all you guyzes great advice.. a couple of things forgot to mention about my meta is it is light on the stealth bleed archetype...maybe 1 in 5... so my deflections and AI are not too important.
As for the Ivory bow I actually have one copy and one magic of the Smith too, but I find it always gets destroyed, stolen or contested... do you think it is still Worth putting in?
Also looking for feedback on Justine the elder... do you think it would be better to double up on Rebekka instead?
I kept all the onesies like charnas, thadius and most of the action cards for FUN I know they aren't super-duper but add that little spice to a game.
Well it is nicely down to 83 and better crypt helped reduced the master overload..
Thanks again

Combats not too great looking. Walk is meh, id remove the following from combat package:
Trap, weather control, taste, drain, walk, and 2 telepathic tracking.
Now, theft, burst of sunlight(if you can deal with the agg yourself), soul burn(as 1-3 of tops) apportation, and maybe one tha hand strike is ok idea. Lotsa theft and apportation for limited, ona budget, cardpool.
If you add !tremere, you can do burst and precognition(intercept and prevent one damage in resulting combat) and use big eyeball with thaum and dom to agg and graverob.
To this, i dislike much of g1 tremere. G3 is just better. Carna ices the cake, and blood shadowed court was a good source of vamps, if those are still findable. Anyway, g2 has good vamps, so if your going with jyhad nominally, i cant reccomend most fatties other than Cardano and Beg, but you arent using fortitude.
Id toss in magic anyway. Bowl, bow, heart are go to equipments, and then kevlar vest and other crap. Sometimes talbots chainsaw if you run Ponticulous. But, limits are what they are.
I dont see much wake effect. Id say add on the Q if you can, and for sure WWEF. Now, second trad would be neat, if you redo crypt.
Maybe murmur of the false will? I dont know what you have, but its pretty easy to get those donated to you.
Also, govern, bonding, and conditioning are solid ideas.
