Believe it or not, this deck is quite effective if you can get it started. Taking advantage of many Cam options here like Parity Shift, Alastor, Imperator, Second Traditions. The new Cam Assamites could probably find a place in here to help accelerate things a bit. They simply didn't exist at the time and I haven't done anything with the new pyo card sets.

IMO, it's no point to build political camarilla assamites without new cards. So...
1. start with rebuildng completly the deck with new cards.
2. Generally don't use master dyscyplines unless really needed.

An interesting perception. However, I have won with previous versions of this deck as well as the current one. Long before the new cards existed. Though I do agree that some of the new vamps work good for the deck to accelerate things. But the library cards on the other hand aren't as necessary.

As for discipline cards. True not all decks need it. Although it's not like I'm grafting something completely off the wall for it. Just a few disciplines based on what I'm using. Deviki also helps if you get her early.

I didn't say it's impossible to win with this deck, I just point out that there is no good reason to limit yourself during deckbuilding if you have reacher card pool available. Unless all you want was to post some old deck.
I would rebuild it with new vampires (Rebekah, Enam, Al-Ashrad ADV). I would change almost all your masters (apart from Alamuts and ToGP) to Black Throne, Pentex, Vileins, Dreams of the Sphinx and maybe some crypt accelaration (info highway, zillah's valleys). I would drop all fortitude cards and put in some stealth/ combat combo cards (resist earth's grasp, swallowed by the night) . Also I would concentrete more on Assault Rifle combat (more Alastors, at least one more Assault Rifle, mainly celerity combat (pursuit, psyche, sideslip and tastes)). For equipment I would stick to Rifles, Helicopters and one heart of Niztchetus. Apart from those you can cut around 15-20 cards.

Fair enough. I posted it because I remembered seeing some individuals trying their own Schismatic stuff and simply wanted to share my version. I haven't printed up the new cards and as such haven't added them to any decks as of yet.

I'm open to suggestions that help improve my decks. But the general comment of complete overhaul with new cards wasn't very specific. I agree that the vamps you mentioned would be good additions and would speed things up, especially with Enam and Rebekah.
