The Vessels should just be Life in the City because you will just be pushing blood to your guys. Perfectionist is good too.

For the crypt it seems like dom FOR is more important than DOM. Palatial Estate isn't that great, npr is Elder Library. For card cycling I think that Dreams of the Sphinx, The Barrens, Heart of Nizchetus and Distraction are better than Elder Library. You don't want to be in combat, so Forced Vigilence is better than Eluding.

Be careful when you fight the monsters, lest you become one.

I like the plan, but that's a lot of Dylans in the crypt! I think you only need Dylan advanced, and then maybe one base if you want permanent +1 bleed. Also add 1-2 Wider view if you have that many duplicates in the crypt.

If you are going to use Kaymakli Fragment you can put a few more different dom-for guys in the crypt to transfer out for free.

Dylan adv is red list, so you want some protection for him, Secure Haven/Carlton/Unleash Hell's Fury come to mind. Maybe a bunch of Soak and a few surprise Flames of the Netherworld to survive/break gun walls?
