I believe that instead of the Scalpel Tongues you may want Iron Glares as they are more versatile, plus you don't have true wakes for the reactionary part of ST anyway.

Power Structure seems like a no-brainer.

Not a fan of the Abyssal Hunter but he couples well with Jake Washington.

I'd like to see a little more intercept to help complement the Under Sieges, whether a location or a couple of transients, or both.

I have a similar lasombra vote deck with some combat under construction and I had really good experiences with The hungry coyote. It kept my vamps in good blood supply.

Another thing that might be an option in a sabbat vote deck is black forest base?
