QCF/QCE Lyon Saturday 31 March

Come to Lyon and enjoy this great city, and by the way, try to qualify yourself for the European championship 2012 and the French Championship 2012 !!!!!!

The event will take place during the CIIL (Convention of the Imaginary of Insa of Lyon) which will last the 30, 31 March and 1st of Avril

The tournement will be the saturday 31st of March.

Place : Insa de Lyon, Louis neel building, 8 avenue Jean Capelle, Villeurbanne.

Schedule

Inscriptions : 09H30
1st ronde : 10H00 - 12H00
2nd ronde : 13H00 - 15H00
3rd ronde : 15H30 - 17H30
Final : 18H00 - 20H00

Fees : It depend of the price of the convetion. If it's free, the fees will be 5 euros. If not, we will lower the fees and may be make it free.

Dekclists and sleeves are mandatories.

Will there be any VTES playing on days other than the 31st as well?

Not for the moment, but we can think about it. It depends if there will be enought players on the sunday or friday who want to play.

For myself, i won't be able to play other then the saturday cause i'm working on friday and going back on the sunday noon.

But i guess room would be available for us if we wanna play VTES on Sunday.
