Regarding the hotel, how do we proceed if we plan to stay longer (to visit Budapest)?

While Martin is taking a little break to cope with real life obligations Milan has stepped in and will be answering questions here shortly. Also the EC2012 website is almost ready (we are testing it at the moment) and will be released in the next 1-2 weeks.

Those are really good news, I was starting to get a little worried. BUt I get, that real life can get in the way. I am looking forward to see any news and new website.

Hi Guys
I'm Milan Horvath, the Event Director of VTES EC 2012 Budapest.
The hotel is welcoming you if you wish to stay longer. The prices remain the same just please define your arrival and departure dates on the booking form.
The booking form will be available on the website for download.
Of course you can book directly to the hotel or by any other means but please tell them that you are coming to the "card game event" because we are obliged to fill a certain amount of rooms with our guests. That's all.
The EC 2012 website will be published this weekend if everything goes as planned.
Stay tuned!

I would encourage everybody who is interested in attending to register on the site. It is nice to give the organizers some planning safety. Don´t be afraid to put ANY questions you have here!
