Why 12?

If there are 10 players and a final is played, the winner gets a deck into the tournament winning deck archive. If there is no final, there is no tournament winning deck archive entry without any regard to attendance.

It was a suggestion from others who will participate to make it 3R with no final if player turnout is low. We might actually go for 2R+final though.

Due to the venue's business hours, registration time will be from 10.15 to 10.45
