We are still working on a new EC web page, as the current one is temporary solution. All the updates on the event will be posted on both the official and facebook page. Don't worry

Information on the change of venue for the European Championship 2011
11-13 November Warsaw, Poland.
We would like to inform about the change of venue for the EC 2011. The Championship is now moved to the „Novotel Warszawa Airport Hotel”
In the course of a few weeks’ negotiations we reached an agreement with „Novotel” and made a decision to change the venue for the tournament. This decision is a result of several reasons. The most important factor was our concern for the maximum convenience for each player, at the same time keeping the price at reasonable level.
We are proud to announce, that thanks to the commitment of Katarzyna Baranowska (Freezee) and Krzysztof Kubiak (Novotel), the offer for players and guests of EC 2011 is the following:
Double room with breakfast – PLN 240.00 (60,00EUR aprox.)
Single room with breakfast – PLN 225.00 (56,00EUR aprox.)
Lunch buffet (open) – PLN 65,00 per person
Room amenities:
· Air-conditioning
· Bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer
· Mini-bar
· Laptop sized safe
· Phone and free high speed Internet access
· Coffee and tea making facilities
· Cable TV with radio channels, Pay Tv
Additional services:
· Free of charge Airport shuttle
· Hot Spot - WIFI wireless internet access in lobby and in conference area
· Business corner - computer with printer and Internet
· Outdoor swimming pool in the garden (summer season) and Fitness Center (gym, sauna jacuzzi)
· Free of charge parking lot (120 places) and paid guarded parking (25 places)
We hope that this offer will meet the expectations of all the players and guests planning to attend the EC 2011. On our part we will do our best so that this November weekend becomes an unforgettable experience.

So another question from me. Hope you won't get tired:) How is it now with qualifying for this event.
1) Only via qualifiers / championships.
2) By wining 10+ player tournament + above.
3) You do not need to qualify for this event.
I have recieved different information about those three options above. Third option is most recent, but it seems highly unlikely for me. So how is it with EC nowadays?
Thank you.

As far as I know (and according to the official VEKN rules over
here
) qualifying for the EC 2011 is done by
1) Being a finalist of the EC2010
2) Winning a sanctioned 10+ player tournament
3) Making the top 25% of a qualifier tournament
4) Making it into the finals of a National Championship
5) Making the top 33% of a the last chance qualifier played one day before the EC

Is there a kind of list of EC-qualified players somewhere, so it would be possible to check if all tournament results reached their destination? B)

The list of qualified players is here:
www.thelasombra.com/NAC2011/qualifiedplayers2011.htm
There is no restriction to Europe only, or North America only, etc.
If your event didn't get reported to Robyn Tatu, then the information did not get to the right place.
