Round system: 3 rounds, plus final (time limit: 2 h each)

Format: VEKN Constructed. In case we have less than 12 players,
the Multi-Deck System will be used.

Proxies: Proxies are allowed.

Regarding the Grand Prix series of events: The five best players of the series meet for a final which is held on the weekend of the European Championship. Every Grand Prix winner also is automatically qualified to play in day 2 of the European Championship.

Entrance fee: 20 €. This is used to cover various costs, incl. Prize support.

Catering: We will share more information on available food & drinks in due course.

Please note that there will be a strict prohibition of alcohol for this event. We reserve the right to exclude intoxicated players from the event.

The number of participants is currently limited to 60. A pre-registration is very helpful. Please use the email adresses below.

today, we have some information for you on the topic of food & drinks.

Food Map Herne | V:TES GP 2025

Herne Bahnhof train station and the surrounding area are just a 10-minute walk away. There are numerous snack bars and other shopping opportunities where you can grab something to eat during your lunch break. The following link will take you directly to a Google Map:

Drinks:

You are welcome to bring your own drinks. However, alcoholic beverages are prohibited and may not be consumed on the tournament grounds. Drinks can also be purchased on site.
