Start with Dmitra, her first action should be taking up the Alastor career, with an Assault Rifle as sign-on bonus. Influence out another Brujah prince and advocate the same. Forced Marches are for lunges; Anathema+rush combo promises incredible pay-offs for much lower risk. Oust via Fame and bleeds. Many dual-duty cards, Lost in Translations as surprise. Armor of Vitality against agg damage.

Congrats on the win. Deck looks pretty solid.
