First tournament in my "Is this wallpaper?" tournament series was won by Matias Frosterus with PRE bleed. Other finalist were Otso Turunen with anarch deathstar assamites, Heikki Parviainen with toolboxyish Akunanse, Matti Palomäki with midcap !Toreador and Petri Wessman with Daughters choir/harmony.
Seating in final was Otso->Matias->Petri->Heikki->Matti.
Petri did massive damage with choir/harmony to Heikki and almost got him out before he was ousted. When Petri was ousted, Heikki was really low on pool. So he decided to go full forward in hope to oust Matti, or at least cycle cards enough to survive another round. Well, neither happened. Matias ousted Heikki, and Matti was now low on pool from Heikki's lunge try. Otso tried to keep Matti alive, but after few rounds Matti was out too. In the end game, Otso managed to oust Matias, but as Matias already had three VPs, victory went to him.
All in all the tournament was kinda strange, but fun, as most of the players had chose to play something different than the usual "power deck" stuff. Still, I was little disappointed that noone actually played Eyes of the Dead.
Congrats to Matias for his first tournament win!

hmm... seems like there's little mistake in decklist. Labyrinth should probably be Lillith's Blessing, as I remember Matias to play one in the final.

Also getting to finals with mere 0 GW + 4 VP seemed unbelievable! Then again, many tables timeouted.
Anyways, it really was great to encounter something else than your standard tournament decks.
I'll try to post some pics later on today.

Indeed so. On the first round all three tables had an Assamite deck on them. All in all the tournament was kinda strange, but fun, as most of the players had chose to play something different than the usual "power deck" stuff.

Return of crappy cell phone pics.
I've included only pics from the final as the pics from the prelims were so awful they couldn't be used. Next time I'll try my best to bring an actual camera with me...
Outside looking in; getting started.
Some rounds in.
Clockwise from the left corner: Marko the judge, Matti, Otso, Matias, Petri and Heikki.
Closeups of the same moment.
Heikki's Akunanse.
Petri's Daughters.
Matias' Ventrues.
Matti's !Toreadors.
And Otso's Assamites.
Endgame with just Otso's Assamite horde facing off with Matias' few stalwart Ventrues.
Our vigilant judge is showing off colour! Respect.

The final was indeed extremely weird. No dominate and only one deck that had bounce.

Ah, yes indeed - sorry about that! I've been using Labyrinth as a stand-in for Lilith's Blessing on ARDB and forgot to correct it. So the correct deck list is:hmm... seems like there's little mistake in decklist. Labyrinth should probably be Lillith's Blessing, as I remember Matias to play one in the final.
