Independent Futurist. Contrarian (titled, X votes where X is the number of votes as the acting minion.) Target Vitals is always the better combat card.

Thanks to the LA V:tES crew and all the visiting players, I had a blast, even for the following tournaments where I got my arse handed to me
I'm happy to get a tournament with a "Euro Brujah" deck. Years ago I came in second to Ben Peal in Boston against a Stanislava deck, and I've revisited the deck a few times since.
Deck Name: Euro Brujah
Author:
Description:
We've all seen it before. Conditioning/Deflection and Torn Signpost/Immortal Grapple. Has an assortment of celerity and taste of vitae for combat and the bare minimum of master cards.
My own flavor was a couple of political actions and Judgement: Camarilla Segregation. I chose Flurry of Action for its dual use.

A question for Direwolf : were you greatly annoyed by decks featuring multiple master phase actions ?

So my question really is, in bleed-heavy environment, where it is expected to bleed hard, how do you enter combats you want?

Yeah, I'd like to second that question. MMPA decks ca be crippled very much by rushing/removing a vamp providing an additional master phases, but this deck, while very much suitable for such a removal, has only 4 rush cards and only 2 vamps with built-in rushes.A question for Direwolf : were you greatly annoyed by decks featuring multiple master phase actions ?

Robert Scythe played an Isanwayen MMPA deck all weekend. You can find it in one of the reports since it finally won on Sunday. The Nocturns he played made it very difficult to remove Isanwayen, and the Shadow Twins gave him a strong minion advantage late game.

As someone who used to play Anson and Parthenon ALOT before MMPA really exploded... no, I was not annoyed.
Ashur's Tablets annoy me. Not the card recursion or the time spent selecting and shuffling cards. It's the 3 pool that really bothers me.
Also, in this particular tournament, I pulled an Eye of Hazimal from the deck just prior and didn't really think to add more rushes. I would have added a few. But I did see the few I had when I needed them.
I'd rather be lucky than good.
