Jorge loves this card, because he can either get rid of low capacity vampires or can have a Methuselah burn some pool.

At first he tried to build a deck around it, but it required too much effort, since it is only playable by a Cardinal, Regent or Inquisitor. Thus, you could only play one or two per turn.

So now he usually adds one copy of this card to his Sabbat vote decks instead.
