So, when Hektor was blocked getting the Heart, he Forced Marched with inferior Fortitude?

I think the explanable situation is that Hektor untapped thanks to the monster after amaranting opposing vampire and afterwards he bleeded and untapped thanks to forced march.

What's UHF?

IMO the most critical points in the game:

Isak: Turn 1 Zillah's, Turn 2 Information Highway
David: Turn 6 immediately broke his deal with Tiago to rush backwards

No, he didn't broke the deal. The deal was that the first rush will be backwards from the DoW. It was not set that when should it happen, just that it would be backwards. The DoW was voted down then by Mumra in T7, so the deal at that time was not possible to fulfill
