I played a similar one some time ago, so trying to draw parallels :

Why dabbler? did you manage to make it trigger often?
I know this deck loses blood quickly, did you find hunting ground useful, did you consider path or Jake Washington instead?
Did you use marcianna as a cheap bouncer, or did you find her intercept special more useful than her general inability to bleed? why not samson, or mustafa rahman?
Did you find Condemn the sins of the father useful? i never managed to get good mileage out of it in non-fortitude assamites.

Dabbler is quite easy to trigger on this deck, Flurry of Action + Obfuscata card + Conditioning for example, I like that you can choose wheter to get one blood or to do Freak Drive. Also dabller is trifle so it's ok.

Hunting Ground is useful cause of blood cost of the cards, Patch is breakable and I can't defend it, and also I have blood costing cards which are not Quietus cards. Jake could be an option, but in the long term HG is better I think.
Marcianna is really useful, you can give intercept to other players and make them to lose blood, also it's good to hava casual intercept, during the tournament I managed to stop Le din Tho for looking at my hand and removing my deflection. Also she's a cheap bouncer, that's the reason I prefer her and not Samson or other little vampire.

For the moment I haven't been in the same table than a wennie decj such as Week of Nighmares, Palla Grande, Legacy of Pander, ... So I don't have yet an opinion about how useful is this card, but I think it's kinda cool and it worths the slot in case of.
