I think Zillah´s Tears is a good card because of it´s potential to "pre-load" an effect. This allows to concentrate more effects than usual in a certain time frame, good for making lunges which are sometimes the only way to score a VP. Say you have an aggressive predator and three minions, so you can´t afford to tap out. You can tap one and play ZT in turn X and bleed for one or so. Then you can probably tap everyone in turn X+1, because you have that untap ready in addition to the ones in your hand.
Also see what Orian has to say about it, he calls it "the acceleration turn".

I might try it in my Tzimisce voter, the Danse Macabre-master card just don´t work

Yes, I will have another go at this. I remember I did use it in some Vignes-style !Ventrue bleeder waaaay back, just for this. Then I wen´t back to Freak Drives
