Is there any reason why this winning deck is not in TWDA?
Maybe some problems with my constructed representation here?
I saw some decks from June tournaments in TWDA but still there is no this winning deck there. This constructed was held in May.

Are there any regular games in Minsk? I am staying there for the whole July, so I was wondering if I should bring my decks.

I suspect it is not listed as there were only 8 players at the event. 10 is needed to listing in the TWDA.
