what happens if the players are at 5 and 6 place are equal?

The Methuselah sheet will display TIE if there is a tie. You'll have to flip a coin to determine who's 5th and who's 6th.

whether in some way helps V:EKN number?
whether by using V:EKN numbers view earlier played in tournaments and the results of previous better player than before has the advantage, or every tournament for himself and earlier results have nothing to do with the placement?

Tie-breaking has nothing to do with VEKN Numbers or results in other tournaments.

I ask this because I organized an online tournament in VTES friendly character, and some players do not have a V:ekn number


Getting a VEKN number is so very easy.
You just need a prince or National Coordinator.

If you are neither and do organize tournaments you probably should apply to be a Prince. When you are a Prince you can assign such players VEKN numbers.

Maybe it easy to get VEKN number Lönkka,but i said i organize online tournament frendly caracter,so I think that these tournaments and ratings can not be accepted as real life.
I test it a little better Archon and see VEKN number no important for online tournaments.
If some players are equal is used coin options as explained Ankha.

VEKN number ain't necessary for non-online use either, unless you plan on reporting the event.
