If this is a real deck, it looks like it is the only TWD to feature Screw the Masquerade! Can anyone confirm this?

If there was no legitimate report, including the number of players, date of event, location, etc., on the newsgroup, it would not have been added to the tournament winning deck archive.

This page indicates that there was no tournament report, there was only a mention in the newsletter:
