Can someone explain why Minion Tap instead of Villein in this deck? With the 8 Golcondas and no voter cap, it seems like there isn't going to be any reloading of vampires, so the Villein increasing cost wouldn't kick in.
Both cards are impacted by Secure Haven, so that isn't it.
Any thoughts?

Hi, friend!
I asked to winner player, and he doesn't use Villen just because he doesn't have. rss He try to compensate using cards that give to him more action masters.
He was using the Golconda just in his prey, forcing to burn vampire with rush or making burn pool.
I saw that was not a equilibrate deck, however he got to go to final in first place and the positions were favorable to him. His first prey was an imnuid, so the intercept was enought and he has his second prey (lasombra action cards) with just three pool and used Pentex Subversion. The last playes were Gangrel with auspex (Wall) and he use Life Boon to got his last VP.
It was more estrategy than effective cards.
Cheers,
Mateus
