Bill,

How did you feel about Funeral Wake? Good, bad, never mattered?

I've never considered it for decks that plan on having an army of allies out, but it kinda does untap a pair of legionnaires, so seems promising.

It only really mattered insofar as having one in hand emboldened me to tap out my allies completely. Also untaps Shambling Hordes, which doesn't suck.

I've found that Shambling Hordes really love it. If FBI is in play, it can be worth losing a Legionnaire as well (especially if you have the ash heap left to immediately recycle it.

I also have only splashed the card, but the unexpected power of two unlocked allies from nowhere only needs to happen once to give them pause for the rest of the game.
