I would dare an answer or 2

- Laziness (from player or organizer)
- Lack of time
- the OP wants to make this player HAPPY by getting his / her / their name in the Hall of Fame

Or maybe a combination of the 3

Basically 1 and 3.

He’s a player of my playgroup and a great player. He won thats tournaments and he deserve get his name in the HoF.

He won more than that, but diferent organizers didnt make his job.

As a Prince of his area I think that he’s an exemple and definetly deserves that.

Thanks for you job Milicent,other princes need to do same as you-if organizers laziness
