Author: Noora Hirvonen
Description: Mostly after Jorge Delgado's EC2019 Day 1 winning deck - added Archon Investigation, some differentiating stealth, swapped Lucian to Mistress Fanchon, and totally forgot to put in Information Highway (which would have been very nice).

I am really surprised to see Noora winning with the seating of this finals. Did someone manage to convince the wall decks to block the clown car deck cross-table? If not it's difficult for me to understand how can you damage enough the clown car deck to manage and oust it.

In any case, congrats to Noora, it does not seam like an easy finals (with Bram playing Matasuntha as a predator).

I wasn't there, but Tommi said he had terrible luck with the shuffle, and had drawn 3/4ths of the decks wakes and bounces during the first 15 cards. He said he blocked 8 of Magnus' embraces, which was all that he managed to play. Thus Magnus couldnt get his deck started and died to Noora's bleeds.

Thanks a lot for the explanation. The worst of Noora's victory is that it gives one more reason to those who want to ban / nerf MMPA / Ashur / Liquidation. :D
