Ratings (Red vs Green vs Black font on score reporting)

Hello, I have searched the forums for an answer but can't find one. The current game record for each player's profile shows the tournaments played along with all the numbers (GW, VP, etc...) The red font is clear to be for Online reported data, but I can't figure out what the green font means. I've checked several profiles for USA players that participated in the Week of Nightmares last year, and some tournaments have a green font and some have a dark font. (just an example)

Also, looks like all the old tournament reporting (several years old) is in black font.

I'm asking because it looks like the ratings are only based on green font tournaments, and not all of them. The "Rating System" guide under the Main Menu doesn't have an explanation.

Green items are being counted for your points total for your current rating. They would be your 8 highest rated items in the last 18 months.
