Pay attention when submitting TWD entries!

I've been added last month's TWD today. Out of 38 entries, 18 were invalid.
This means that we all lose time and energy, and that those TWD entries will be added with much delay.

In order to avoid this, please follow very carefully the instructions here:

especially the examples!

Common mistakes I find:

1. the archon has not submitted
2. the winner is wrong (if the archon is wrong, contact me at: )
3. the number of rounds is incorrect (I can't guess if the organizer decided to change it or not)
4. the date is incorrect (wrong day, wrong year, don't copy-paste blindly)
5. the link to the event calendar is missing
6. the deck is NOT in English, or has been written manually (sorry, I don't know who "Smiling Jack, The BH" is!!!), or does not have the announced number of cards (20 masters when there should be 22 etc.) There are plenty of tools to enter a correct decklist (vdb.im/, amaranth.vtes.co.nz/ ...), use them!
7. the post looks like: "name of event: blah / location of event: blah / date of event: ..." THE NAME OF THE FIELDS SHOULD NOT APPEAR! (Read the guidelines)

Also, try to keep the TWD and the report separated in two distinct posts, it makes things easier!

Also, if the TWD entry needs to be fixed, please fix the original post by editing it!
