I'd like to add some comments on my deck.
Deck Name: Lasombra Path of Power v2

Crypt (12 cards, min=33 max=40 avg=9.08)

4x Ambrosio Luis Monçada, Plenipotentiary 10 DOM OBT POT PRE aus for cardinal Lasombra:2
3x Antonio Delgado 9 DOM OBT POT tha archbishop Lasombra:2
1x Alvaro, The Scion of Angelica 9 OBT POT dom pre archbishop Lasombra:2
1x Francisco Domingo de Polonia 9 DOM OBT POT PRE pro archbishop Lasombra:2
3x Gratiano 8 DOM OBT obf pot priscus Lasombra:2
Antonio is strong with his unlock in the discard after a succesful pol. act. Francisco and Alvaro are very good too with their plus bleed. In the 1 vs 1 battles for the game win the bleeds often were decisive. So the question is wether you swap out a Antonio for one of them.
I planned to play with 5 Monçadas but did not find a fifth copy in my heap. As you really need him in your starting four you should go with 5 copies in 13 cards.

1x Fear of Mekhet (never played it, could have twice but it was not the right time. Still a very strong card imho.)
1x Giant's Blood
1x Gurchon Hall (had it only in the final, the deck ran smoothly without. An autoinclude thinking about all the blood intensive cards like Deflection, Govern, Obt-stealth, Villein, though I did not miss it. Could be a Monastery of Shadows probably.)
1x Information Highway (useful also in the later stages of game to cycle Unholy Sacraments, three on, three back)
1x Power Structure (autoinclude)
1x Powerbase: Madrid (I like that card, though it wasn't needed in the prelims. a good addition beside Power Structure.)
1x Privileged Position (not bad, especially if you get it early. Great there is no pool cost)
1x Regent (was the gamechanging and probably the winning card in the finals, but you have to look out for fighty sabbats, then it is not playable)
6x Unholy Sacrament
6x Villein (Villein 5, play Unholy Sacrament
)

6x Govern the Unaligned (quite right imho, enough to speed up the second minion, great to bleed in late game)
Political Action (18)
1x Anarchist Uprising
1x Ancilla Empowerment
1x Banishment (could be two, so strong)
4x Cold War (strong, good for negotiations or powerful if you have vote lock, there are sooo many locations these days)
4x Empires Fall (very, very strong when prey and maybe pred plays 8 cap plus, had surprisingly four preys who did not, glad I cut to four)
5x Kine Resources Contested
1x Neonate Breach
1x War of Ages (good card, strong early, nice to have later)
Action Modifier (19) (my stealth package was fine in that meta, probably need more stealth in other metas)
1x Blanket of Night (great for the decisive strike, good with Monçada special)
2x Dominant Personality (a good versatile mix of Shroud of Night and Seduction, flexibility is always nice, beware, Gratiano can only play it on inferior)
4x Magnetic Authority (great card, imho better than Amici Noctis,can speed up influence, goes well with getting back pool via Info Highway, you don't need a referendum to pass with many votes, just pass = gain benefit.)
6x Shadow Play (political action and this means the magical 3 stealth to pass Second Tradition or two ORs)
4x Shroud of Absence (for a probable third intercept or to go for a bleed without much danger)
1x Shroud of Night
1x Unthinkable Humiliation (good vs. Unmasking ally blockers)
Action Modifier/Reaction (1)
1x Ominous Chorus (good for a key referendum, did not need it)
Reaction (8)
8x Deflection was a good number, not enough against a dedicated bleeder, then backoust )
Combat (4)
1x Oubliette
3x Shadow Body (rather not many, deck dies to dedicated rush, but then no combat ends help, right? Was good vs. Assault rifle Anarchs or is good vs. a Behemoth or War Ghoul).
The deck was fun, but as always you need the right meta and a good seating to be succesful with it. It is no magical wonder deck.
