This is a question.

The first tournament I ever won was in 2017. I did not know back then that winning decks have to be reported.

Since I have still the decklist and the tournament does show in the vekn registry, I was wondering if I can submit it as TWD.

Sure, if the decklist is accurate. You'll need the link to the event in the calendar.
