I like them all.
Cautionary Tale should be reworded:
Requires a ready Sabbat vampire. Only usable when the opposing vampire goes to torpor.

No, Cautionary Tale should stay the way it is to avoid any shennanigans with cards like Undead Persistance.
I don't know how much play Warpath will get, but I do like it.

Overkill is highly underrated. You know, like in computor games and such.

I´d like to see Cautionary Tale as a location with the same mechanic as Alamut instead:
Powerbase: Detroit
Type: Master
Requires a titled sabbat vampire
Cost: 1 pool
Master: unique location.
If a Sabbat vampire you control is ready at the end of combat and the opposing non-sabbat vampire is not, put x counters on this card, where x is half the capacity of the non-sabbat vampire (rounded up). During the referendum of a political action, you may burn X counters from this card to give a sabbat vampire you control X votes for that referendum.
(May need some teakning)

action.
Or the other option would be to have it burn the counters on the location instead of stealing the location.

Amaranth uses "should go torpor" because it diablerizes the vampire "instead".
There is no replacing effect there, I don't see why it should work if the opposing minion plays UP.

Please explain why it should take precedence over Undead Persistance? No, Cautionary Tale should stay the way it is to avoid any shennanigans with cards like Undead Persistance.
