Card idea: Oblivion (for the Nagaraja!)

It's a crazy effect, for sure. And no, it's not strong. More just weird. my design was much more thematic than actually playable, I think. One of my original thoughts was actually along the lines of what you mention, but I dropped it because I couldn't think of anything appropriate - what if we made them interact with the research area instead somehow? The Nagaraja should have some sort of additional access to that, I think, due to their nature, instead of just Shalmath...
